NARVA INDUSTRIAL PARK

Narva Industrial Park includes the two territories that are located at the south-western outskirts, in the industrial area:  Kadastiku Industrial Park (60 ha) and Kulgu Industrial Park (55 ha).

  • Detailed planning process complete
  • During the first stage (65 ha) the infrastructure fully built – electricity (12 MW), central heating, water, sewerage, Internet communications, roads and street lighting
  • The second stage (65 ha) will be completed in 2017 – electricity (10 MW), gas, water, sewerage, Internet communications, roads and street lighting
  • 2/3 of plots are available
  • Private investments to date: three industrial sites and two logistics centres – 60 million EUR in total

Kadastiku Industrial Park is the first of our industrial parks which was built in 2012. Kadastiku Industrial Park consists of 35 land plots with the surface area of 0.5 ha to 3.5 ha, and the total surface area of the park makes up 65 ha.

The industrial park has new water supply, sewage, central heating, gas, fiber-optic communication routes, and on-site roads with street lighting have been built here. Connecting to all of the utilities listed above is included into the price of the land plot. You must pay separately for connecting to the electricity supply system (135 EUR per 1 kW of allocated capacity). On the territory of the industrial park, there are three electric power substations with the total capacity of 12 MW, out of which 8 MW is free at the moment.

Kulgu Industrial Park is a new industrial park in Narva, and the infrastrustructure on its territory is being built in 2017. Kulgu Industrial Park consists of 39 land plots with the surface area of 0.5 ha to 2.5 ha, and the total surface area of the park makes up 65 ha.

The industrial park will have new water supply, sewage, gas, fiber-optic communication routes, and on-site roads with street lighting will be built. Connecting to all of the utilities listed above is included into the price of the land plot. You must pay separately for connecting to the electricity supply system (135 EUR per 1 kW of allocated capacity). In 2017, one electric substation with the capacity of 2 MW is being built on the territory of the park, and as soon as new companies appear, the detailed planning foresees the construction of two more electric substations with the total capacity of 8 MW.
